It's just a couple of short weeks before you get that warm day that says "I don't need a jacket". Here's a scene that could help you envision the very near future. It's the Bass Harbor Head lighthouse. The lighthouse was built of brick in 1858 on a stone foundation, stands 56 feet above mean high water. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
