For centuries the hills of the Tuscan region of Chianti have been producing incredible wine grapes and the olives that produce probably the most delicate and nuanced oil in the world.
Here's a view of one of those farms just on the outskirts of the village of Pranzano that I've been working with for my new ebook on Italy.
