The Grand Tetons

I just spent three days rising before dawn to capture the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. It's a wonderful time of year to be there. The trees are just starting their transformation to yellow. The air is crisp in the mornings and wonderfully warm mid-day. The bears, elk, moose and bison are out in force which makes you pinch yourself to realize you're right there with them.

This image is the first in a series of the great Teton range I'll be sharing with you. I woke up three mornings to see how the light would change and I'll share them all with you over the coming days and weeks.
